About ATR
Access to Recovery (ATR) is a presidential initiative which provides vouchers to clients for purchase of substance abuse clinical treatment and recovery support services.

Providers
To become an ATR provider, an agency must complete the ATR Provider application (see link below) and submit it to you local ATR Care Coordinator. Upon application approval, the Care Coordinator will provide a certificate of approval to the agency and forward the application to the LSAA. The LSAA will either then either accept the application and contract with the provider, or provide justification to the agency and the Care Coordinator as to why they will not be contracting with the provider.
